Dr. Davies was raised in Cranbury, NJ and moved to the Maryland area when he was in his late teens. He attended Roanoke College in Salem, VA, where he attained a B.S. in Chemistry. Dr. Davies graduated from Howard University, College of Dentistry in 1983.
Dr. Davies has had additional continuing education in occlusion (the way you bite as it relates to the jaw joint) and his primary focus is on restorative dentistry (fillings, crown, and bridge work). He has also had further training in restoring implants (placing crowns over the already embedded implant) for missing teeth and dentures. He is a member of the following dental organizations:

- Maryland State Dental Association
- Academy of General Dentistry
Dr. Davies relocated his practice to the Village Green in Crofton after practicing nineteen years in Bowie. He is married to Kris and has one son, Bryn, who is pursuing a career in Computer Science.
Dr. Davies hobbies include continuing education, reading, traveling, gardening, self-improvement, investing, and golf.
FAGD: A general dentist who is a "Fellow" in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader and exemplifies to other dentists the importance of quality continuing dental education. Only 7% of dentists achieve the FAGD designation after 500 approved hours of additional training and a long exam.
Kris married her college sweetheart in 1980. She taught 4th grade in Baltimore County until the birth of her son Bryn in 1984. Being raised in Clearwater, Florida, Kris loves the beach and enjoys travel, cross-stitching, shopping and entertaining.
Kris joined the team as Practice Administrator with Ye Olde Village Dentist in 1998. When asked why she chose to be part of the team, she replied, "I found the practice to be very casual, friendly, and family oriented. I absolutely love getting to know each of our patients and keeping up with the happenings in their lives and their families."
Beverlee is married with 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Because her husband Marshall is a racehorse trainer, she jokes that she has 30 pets - one of which is a rooster named Elvis! Prior to becoming a Certified Dental Assistant, Beverlee worked as a Dental Office Manager for eight years. When asked why she became a CDA, Beverlee replied, "Dr. Davies made me!" Beverlee joined the Ye Olde Village Dentist team in 1998.
When Beverlee isn't in the office, she can usually be found shooting a game of pool in one of her leagues, or cheering her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
Tara began her career in Dentistry working in Dental Administration for 2 years and as a Dental Assistant for 4 years. She chose to become a Registered Dental Hygienist to help others learn to have the best oral health possible while simultaneously earning a living.
Tara graduated from Baltimore City Community College with a Dental Hygiene degree in 2007 and began working with Ye Olde Village Dentist that summer. Tara married her high school sweetheart, Matt, on 8-8-08 and they had their first child on 10-10-10.
Chris graduated from Youngstown State University in 1997. She began her hygiene career in Ohio but had the opportunity to move to Switzerland to work in 2002, where she practiced for 4 years. While there, she had the good fortune to travel to thirteen countries. Chris joined Ye Olde Village Dentist in 2008 and likes her job because she can work independently and at the same time, interact with many different people. She is a huge Pittsburgh Steeler fan, enjoys hiking, and with her father, she makes wine.
Dana and her husband Ernie have been married since 1987. They have two sons, Matt and Ricky and a cock-a-poo named Rocky.
Dana's father and two uncles were dentists. In Dana's words, "I was "dragged" into my Dad's office to work whenever I was off from school!" She became a Registered Dental Hygienist to follow in her family's footsteps.
Dana is a graduate of the University of Maryland Class of 1987. She has been with Ye Olde Village Dentist since 2006.
Susie graduated from the University of Maryland Hygiene School in 1996 and has worked in hygiene ever since. She chose dental hygiene because she loves to work with her hands and with people. The flexibility of dental hygiene was also appealing. Susie began at Ye Olde Village Dentist in 2009 to cover a maternity leave...we were lucky - she stayed!
Susie is an Arundel High graduate and has lived in the Crofton area for most of her life with the exception of 4 years in Durham, North Carolina. Once a tri-athlete, Susie now prefers to run 5 and 10k's. She values time spent with her husband, Jon, and two daughters, Kirstin and Cassidy. She loves Duke basketball and gardening.
Kelly grew up in Annapolis and is a graduate of Annapolis High School. She began practicing dental hygiene after her 1986 graduation from Alleghaney College. Kelly began with Ye Olde Village Dentist in 2009. When asked what she likes most about her hygiene career, Kelly says, "I like getting to know my patients on a personal level and the friendships that come with having longevity in a practice."
Kelly has 2 children: Jimmy and Kara. Her hobbies include biking, Pilates and group fitness, reading and gardening.
Sari began her 2nd career as a dental hygienist and joined the team at Ye Olde Village Dentist when she graduated from the University of Maryland Hygiene School in 2010. Dental hygiene is a great fit for Sari as she recognizes the importance of oral health and loves helping people. She also enjoys being able to interact with a lot of different people on a daily basis. Sari says, "I feel incredibly fortunate to work at Ye Olde Village Dentist."
Sari is married to Dave and they have 3 daughters. When not working, she likes to cook and travel as well as being outdoors, biking, hiking, jogging and gardening.
Annette was born and raised in Maryland. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1989. She has practiced dental hygiene since then. She currently lives in Edgewater, Maryland with her husband and 3 sons. The family enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay. Annette joined Ye Olde Village Dentist in 2014.
Yesenia became a member of our practice in 2011. She graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School with her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene in 2010. She enjoys educating patients about their oral health and seeing what a positive impact regular preventative dental care has on her patients.
Yesenia and her husband, David, have 2 children, Alejandro & Veronica. In her spare time, Yesenia can often be found spending time with her family. She enjoys watching movies, listening to music, reading, and going out to eat.
Betty is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys her work and the opportunity it gives her to help her patients achieve good dental health. Betty has filled in over the years at Ye Olde Village Dentist and joined the team in 2016. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.
Kara is originally from Michigan and moved to Maryland shortly after finishing dental hygiene school. She graduated from Ferris State University in 2008 – with honors!
She strives to make her patients experience comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends. Kara also enjoys golfing, yoga, reading, and the outdoors. Kara joined Ye Olde Village Dentist in July of 2016.
Michele is married to her wonderful husband David. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family taking weekend trips. With 3 older children at home she was ready to return to work. She enjoys being a member of the practice. The family oriented atmosphere is welcoming. She hopes to contribute to the family oriented atmosphere the practice promotes.
Michele joined Ye Olde Village Dentist in 2016.
